French and English translations from the Latin exist in Le magnétisme animal, Paris, Payot, 1971, translations by Robert Amadou, and in Mesmerism; a translation of the original medical and scientific writings of F. A. Mesmer, Los Altos, CA, W. Kaufmann, Inc., 1980, translations by George Bloch.
