Join us as we explore the electrifying world of science
during The Bakken Museum's Summer Science Day Camps for youth entering
grades second through ninth. Campers will learn the four steps in
The
Bakken invention process-think it, build it, improve it and show it-and
become inventors as they work in The Bakken's Student Workshop to creatively
solve
problems and build their own take-home inventions using lights, drills,
switches, circuits, batteries, buzzers, motors and more. Campers will
also investigate the history of science through creative dramatics;
get
charged up during group games and building challenges; learn
science-based magic tricks; explore the museum and medicinal garden;
enjoy fun in the sun; and make new friends. If you can think it, you
can make it at The Bakken Museum!
