Science Theater: Finding Frankenstein 

mary-shelley Meet Mary Shelley, teenage author of Frankenstein and mother of science fiction. Discover who she might be if she were alive today and how Frankenstein came to be during this interactive, entertaining performance for groups of 20 or more. Includes a 45-minute performance by a professional actor portraying Mary Shelley followed by an open question and answer session.

If you book Finding Frankenstein for a field trip, students will experience three stations in the Museum, including Frankenstein: Mary Shelley’s Dream, a light and sound presentation, hosted by docents who will explain the understanding of science and electricity in Mary Shelley’s time.

Minimum: 20 participants
Maximum: 75 participants
Available: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
