Free Parking
The Bakken is located on the west side of Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis at the intersection of 36th St. West and Calhoun Parkway. Building entrances, indicated by the yellow circled arrows below, are handicapped accessible. Parking is not permitted on the east side of Zenith Avenue between 36th St. and Rose Lane. As with any parking area around the lakes, we recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car, or that you at least place valuables out of sight. Nearby available parking is highlighted in the Blue Areas as indicated in this aerial photograph of The Bakken.
