Universal Discharger

T
he universal discharger is a device that facilitates the localized application of electricity. It has a small adjustable table on which an experimental subject such as a frog can be held still. Two adjustable metal arcs can be moved around to touch the subject in precise places. The discharger is called "universal" because it can be adjusted to apply electricity anywhere.
